To access these electronic resources:
1. Click on the database you want to access.
2. Enter your NetID and Password. (This is the same login information used for Blackboard, Horizon email etc.)

You may use any Internet browser (Mozilla Firefox, Netscape, Internet Explorer etc.) except AOL.
Special
note to AOL users: Log
on to the Internet with AOL as your ISP; then it may be necessary minimize the AOL
screen and activate a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Netscape or Internet
Explorer to connect to the Library website. If you need to load a copy
of an alternate browser, please visit Mozilla Firefox, Netscape or Internet Explorer.
Problems?
If you try to log in 10 times within a 5 minute period with the wrong username or password, you will be locked out for 15 minutes.
If you are unable to access the Library's subscribed databases from home because your account has expired or any other patron problem, please call the Hayward Campus circulation desk at 510-885-3612 during regular business hours. Please be informed that privileges will be granted to you as soon as it has been verified that you are a currently enrolled student, staff or faculty.
